Document List The list of required documents is defined by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1853 dated 18 November 2020 “On Approval of the Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation”. Adult Guests One of the following documents is required:
Russian Federation passport;
Temporary identity certificate of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
Foreign passport — if the сitizen permanently resides outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
Minor Guests All documents from the list below are required. For children under 14 years old:
Birth certificate;
Identity document of the accompanying adult (any of the documents listed for adult guests above).
For children aged 14 and older:
Identity document of the child.
If a child checks in without parents or other legal representatives (adoptive parents, guardians), it is necessary to provide their written consent.
Check-in: from 14:00 (early check-in is subject to room availability)
Check-out: until 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior arrangement
Early Check-in If you arrive before 14:00 on the day of arrival, the room may be provided subject to availability at 50% of the daily rate. Guaranteed early check-in before 14:00 is available if the room is booked and paid for one night prior to the actual arrival date.
Late Check-out Late check-out (after 13:00), subject to availability, is charged additionally:
up to 6 hours after check-out time — 50% of the daily rate
more than 6 hours — full daily rate
Guaranteed late check-out is available if the stay is extended and paid for an additional full night according to the applicable rates.
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement with the hotel. We accommodate small pets (up to 7 kg) for an additional fee.

These rules apply in case of a no-show without prior notice and if the hotel is unable to contact the guest within the booked dates.
Prepaid Reservations
The reservation is held until 14:00 on the day following the scheduled arrival date
If the guest does not arrive and does not notify the hotel by this time, the reservation will be cancelled
The cost of the first night will be charged
The remaining prepaid amount will be refunded
Refund Procedure
The guest must submit a written request addressed to the hotel manager
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the request is received
The refund will be made using the original method of payment
Non-Prepaid Reservations
The reservation will be cancelled after 18:00 on the arrival day
No prior notice from the guest is required
No charges or penalties will be applied
